Mr. Ramakrishna Prabhu is founder of the firm and a chartered accountant with more than 19 years of experience in the field of auditing, accounting, financial matters, taxation and consultancy. Mr. Binod Chandra Maharana is a chartered accountant having more than 14 years of post qualification experience. He is proficient in dealing with large corporate audits, Bank audits, Financial institutions and Inspection of brokers and sub-brokers under SEBI regulation. Before joining this firm he was working with M/S K.S.AIYAR & CO. as audit in charge and was handling all corporate audits. He was also partner with M/S A.K.S.Sabat & CO., having rich experience of aspects of conducting business in Gulf and Middle East. He was consultant to M/S Al Ayad Shopping LLC, Oman, and Al Khwaja Overseas LLC, a group company having business at Oman, Dubai, Jordan, India and Egypt on various Accounting and business issues.
Mr. Maharana is presently undergoing a post qualification course with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for making him eligible for appearing examination on International Trade Laws and World Trade Organization. On completing of this course he will serve,
