R. Prabhu & Associates (RPA) is a newly formed firm by a group of professionals, dedicated to the provision of wide range of professional services.
The firm made its beginning with two partners and a few dedicated staff, supported by few services providers/consultants who are experts in their own fields.
Though the core area of the firm’s practice is Corporate Statutory Audit and Management Audit; we are also geared to provide consultancy services like, the transaction process study, valuations, strategic consultancy and transaction support services. The firm is also well equipped to provide entry support service to overseas companies, who want to establish their business in India. Thus we are well equipped to provide quality and range of services normally found only in the large practice units, combined with flexibility and dedication to personal service.
